Our customers inspire us with their love stories, like the couple that bought engagement and wedding rings from us 25 years ago and wanted to remake their bands to honor their four grown children and first grandchild.
Our customers challenge us, too. We’ve successfully replaced one of a pair of lost gemstones from heirloom rings, successfully matching by color, size and shape.
We’ve come up with new interpretations for outdated jewelry; perfect gifts for maids of honor, best friends, 16th and 60th birthdays, retirements, and special anniversaries.
We also know that details like being kind, attentive and respectful of someone who isn’t sure what they want is the most important part of our service.
