A wireless dog fence is relatively easy to install compared to the wired dog fence since you do not have to set up anything. You only need the transmitter and the receiver collar. It also generally does not take any shape of an area. As long as it is within the set radius, your dog would be safe to roam around your yard. On the downside, it takes a specific radius of the boundary area so you cannot set it up according to the shape you like. For example, your dog can still go further, but the transmitter already prohibits the area. This will limit your dog’s playground unless you opt for a transmitter that has a larger scope.
