We use a variety of shipping methods, all of which are available for you to choose during checkout. Currently we offer:

USPS First Class Mail (Up to 15.9 ounce)

USPS Priority mail

FedEx Package services including Next day and 2nd day delivery.

Items with Flat rate shipping will go by the best method at our sole discretion. Items or orders with free shipping will go by the most economical method. Not all products or states will qualify for items being shipped free. APO/FPO HI and AK will not qualify for free shipping of heavy items (Protein) but anything that can fit in a flat rate bag/box we will be happy with ship anywhere. If in doubt ASK 

We are not 'Drop Shippers' many of our competitors do not own the inventory they sell, they use distributors to drop ship their items. Our products are owned by us, we control the shipping. Products are stored in fully climate controlled offices. Everything ships from Central Oklahoma Zip 73003.

FREE SHIPPING INFO

When an item or order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping method is chosen by Hardsupps.com

Due to cost 'Free Shipping' is only available to the lower 48 states HI, AK, APO/FPO will get reduced shipping costs though.

Orders must meet all requirements to be eligible for free shipping.
