We offer a standard 20-year warranty on all of our infrastructure hardware. During the municipality survey, our crews will take inventory of all your water meters, mark GPS locations and perform a propagation study, which will help us determine how many repeaters are needed to provide 100% coverage.

Life-Time Battery Replacement Program

We offer a life-time battery replacement program on our meter lids and transmitter units. Unlike other systems where you have to replace the entire meter, our meter lids come with a removable battery pack. You will receive a low battery alarm, letting you know that a replacement solution should be provided within two-weeks to assure constant up-time.

Meter Lid Tamper Switches

Our patent-pending meter lid provides a tamper switch which will instantly send you an alarm and notify you when someone opens the meter lid. Assigned personnel will be able to view these alarms in real-time, which can be configured to contain map information of the location and meter details, in the event that an inspection dispatch is needed.
