Kayla Itsines PDF eBooks Workout Plan

One of the things I really liked about the BBG workout pdf was that they only take 30 minutes a day. As a busy mommy, trying to find more time than that would have been almost impossible.

You do have to follow the BBG PDF guide six days a week, but I didn’t find that difficult since the time commitment required each day was so short. And most of the exercises turned out to be kind of fun.

There are two types of BBG PDF workouts which you alternate:

High-intensity interval training for three days a week
Low-intensity steady state workouts for the other three days (you get one day off).
